Why use a CFO consulting firm versus a CPA firm? |
There are many excellent CPA firms that sub out managing CFO’s but what they manage is generally based on a narrower scope more heavily focused on finance and less on operations, people, management and systems. Although there are some companies that only need financial and auditing support many companies still need more. The idea is to help the client get a picture of what the present is and what the future could be – not just cleaning up the books or looking at history.
